NOTICE OF ADJUSTMENT DAY.
Estate of Patrick Murray, Deceased.
No. 9646

            The undersigned, having been appointed administratrix of the estate of Patrick Murray, late of the city and county of Denver, in the state of Colorado, deceased, hereby gives notice that she will appear before the County Court of said city and county of Denver, at the court house in Denver, in said county, on Monday, the 4th day of December, A. D. 1905, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a. m. of said day, at which time all persons having claims against said estate are notified and requested to attend for the purpose of having the same adjusted. All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned.
            Dated at Denver, Colorado, this 28th day of October, A. D. 1905.

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE ON PETITION FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
            STATE OF COLORADO,     }
City and County of Denver,                 } ss.
In the Matter of the Estate of Patrick Murray, Deceased.
            This matter coming on to be heard on this 21st day of June, A. D. 1907, upon the petition filed herein by Julia Murray, administratrix of said estate, for the sale of the following described real estate, or a portion thereof, to-wit: An undivided one-half interest in lot eight (8), block eighteen, Witter's 1st addition to Denver, city and county of Denver, Colorado, for the purpose of paying debts of said estate. And it now appearing to the court from said petition that proper and legal grounds exist for the sale of all or a portion of said real estate.
            Now, therefore, It [sic] is ordered by the court that all persons who are legatees or devisees of said estate or any part thereof or heirs of said decedent, be and appear before said court at the court room of said court, in the city and county of Denver, state aforesaid, on the 5th day of August, A. D. 1907, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, then and there to show cause, if any there be, why an order should not be made directing the said Julia Murray, administratrix, to sell the whole of or so much of said real estate as may be necessary for the purposes specified in said petition.
            It is further ordered that this order be published for at least four successive weeks in the Denver Examiner, a public newspaper published in said county.
            And it is further ordered that O. E. Jackson of said city and county of Denver be and he is hereby appointed as guardian ad litem for Barton Murray, minor, to appear in behalf of said minor at the time and place aforesaid, and resist said petition.

NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT.
No. 9646.

In the Matter of the Estate of Patrick Murray, Deceased.
            Notice is hereby given, that on Monday, the 9th day of September, A. D. 1907, being one of the regular days of the September term of the County Court of the City and County of Denver, in the State of Colorado, I, Julia Murray, administratrix of said estate, will appear before the Judge of said Court, present my final settlement as such administratrix, pray the approval of the same, and will then apply to be discharged as such administratrix. At which time and place any person in interest may appear and present objections to the same, if any there be.
            Dated at Denver, Colorado, August 6th, 1907.

In the Matter of the Estate of Patrick Murray, Deceased.
            Public notice is hereby given that on SATURDAY THE 31ST DAY OF AUGUST, A. D. 1907, at the hour of ten o'clock a. m., at the Tremont street door of the County Court House of the city and county of Denver, Colorado, the undersigned will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real estate, to-wit: An undivided one-half interest in lot eight (8) Block Eighteen (18) Witter's 1st addition to Denver, city and county of Denver, Colorado.
            Sale to be made for not less than $750.00 the appraised valuation thereof, and in pursuance of an order and decree of the County Court made and entered on the 5th day of August, 1907.
