Dear Mr. McClaskey:

            In answer to your request of August 17, 1926, the Victor Talking Machine Company hereby grants you permission to enter into a contract with the Goodrich Company for the purpose of broadcasting for them once each week for twenty-six weeks, it being understood, however, that in granting you this right the Victor Company waives none of the rights which it has to your services under its several contracts with you, and it being further understood that the contract you enter into with the Goodrich Company shall not in any way conflict with the rights which you have granted to the Victor Company except as herein specifically excepted.

            Permission, under similar conditions, is also being granted to each of the following: Billy Murray, Monroe Silver, Frank Banta, Sam Herman, Carl Mathieu, James Stanley and Stanley Baughman, to appear on Goodrich programs as arranged by you.
