Note: This is indeed our "Denver Nightingale," residing with songwriter Dick Richards. Although the occupation shows "none," it shows "Divorce" as his marital status (he was divorced by this time). The correct age would be 32, and the birth place would be Pennsylvania instead of New York (with both parents from Ireland). Also, according to the 1910-1911 New York City Directory, William Murray was listed as a "vocalist" at this same address, 252 West 34th Street (page 1064).
